1. I am trying to introduce Distrigaz online payments till...i don't know... 6 months. Now i found out that they agreed but, they don't have a person to deal with it. I was speaking with the wrong person but i am going to fix it in 2007!!!

2. Kerigma.ro -they are selling more than anyone. Internal and not-official information! I thougt to copy them but i hate copyying and i never will do something that i don't like. But...for the others that may be a good idea! They have religious stuff on the website. Another idea is to do it directly in english!

3. I bought 9 books. I recomand you the "The art of war" by Sun Tzu!
- in general to order several people is similar with ordering few people, it's just a matter of structure!
- there are only 5 fundamental colors, but their combination can be infinitly and the eye cannot see all of them

It's a book of strategy and amazing good for management!

6. I am celebrating 4 years and half of hard work in Bucharestand 3 years of management! Waw...how times run. Now it seems soo much time if I compare them with my 23 years old.

Raluca's birthday

Tomorrow is a big day, my sister is 22 years old :D I am so proud of her and the whole day I was thinking what will be the appropriate price. So, I have an idea: tomorrow I will go with her at a travel agency and put her in front of Europe map in order to chose a place. And I will buy the ticket with all inclusive. I think it will be very interesting for her, mainly because it will be the first time he goes out of country.
2007 is a big ear for her: university degree, her own business and ... my gift :D She's the greate girl i have ever ever ever known, and i'm not saying that because she is my sister, but because she deserve it!

After 14 hours....She choose Venetia- Italy! It was an extremly nice surprise for her and the first time in my life i saw her realyy hapy! She's an angel and deserve the best! I am very very proud of her!

Advice from Alex

I've met him as JCI member and we become friends realy fast.

He's smart, too smart i can say :d and in 2 and half years he did some extreamy important things. Now he's 26 years old.

One advice received from him remained one day in my head: "if you are afraid of something just do it". And i did it! :D Now i am free and happy about this subject.

Marian...i know him from the 5th class. My parents bought me a conmputer 486 and i was always opening it or format it. And Marian who was 5 years older and was living a street far away from me was alaws coming and fixing it. And this happend around 3 or 4 times per week. And he always had to fix it before 4.30 when my mother was coming home. And sometimes we were on the limit, so my mother was entering on the front door of the flat and he was runing on the back-door of the flat. great times!

The second friend from Ploiesti is Matei M**. He is extreamly creative and always thinks big. If you need a creazy and unique idea...you need to talk with him!

I know him from Bucharest, but each Holiday both come home and meet in Ploiesti for a nice review of the time it passed!

Online sales of Christmas trees yield 40% profit

Walking on a cold weather and spending a lot of time searching for the perfect Christmas tree have not been among the most practical activities for a long time. The Romanians of the 21st century know that a simple mouse click can bring both the ideal Christmas tree and the specific ornaments right to their living rooms. And those who provide such services turn them into a business worth over 25,000 per year. "The Christmas tree business lasts for only a month. In December 2004, we derived turnover worth some 6,500 euros. In December 2005, the turnover amounted to 25,000 euros and it will grow this year," says Diana Nitu, the owner of brazidecraciun.ro website.

Since 2005 Diana Nitu's online business with Christmas trees has increased by 300%, with profitability maintaining around 40-50%. "Although, in the beginning, the clients were distrustful of the online order system, when they made sure of the trees' quality, each of them recommended us to other two or three clients," says Nitu. All Christmas trees are imported from Denmark and the prices range depending on height, starting from 90 RON (26.27 euros) to 4,500 RON (1,314 euros). The biggest order received by brazidecraciun.ro consisted of 45 Christmas trees, and was made by an advertising agency for its partners and clients. The 6-metre trees were sold before December 1st, the 3 to 4-metre trees were sold between December 1st and December 10, while the 1 to 2-metre trees, after December 14.

"We delivered Christmas trees to companies and this is the reason why the orders were for high trees, but when we started delivering to apartments, the trees were 2.5 metre high, at most," explains Nitu. The delivery is free in Bucharest and is usually operated within three ours from the moment of order. Depending on the number of orders received in a day, it may take six hours for the delivery to be made.Cezar Palii is another owner of an online Christmas tree business, operated through the brazi.com.ro website. He came up with the idea to start the business three years ago, while thinking of developing a niche service for Christmas holidays. The site took several thousand euros to become operational, with investments going to computers, distribution means and advertising. "In 2004, we simply tested the market. In 2005 we managed to build a customer base and for the 2006 season we estimate an about 35-40% growth," says Palii.

Prices range from 95 RON (27.73 euros) for up to 120cm trees that come with a wooden stand to 2,200 RON (643.65 euros) for 6-metre trees. The trees in highest demand are those priced between 185 RON (54.01 euros) and 380 RON (110.95 euros). "We had our biggest order last year and it amounted to 9,100 RON (2,657 euros)," Palii adds. Profit in 2005 stood at several thousand euros. Brazi.com.ro expects some 35-40% profit growth in 2006. Christmas tree business:

I am on vacation

Even if it is 24 december, i worked till 14:00 and after that i saw two people. Ioana - Pastel Age Agency - old and good friend. I enjoy a lot talking with her and to her mother :D

And Cezar (we shared the same article in Ziarul Financiar). He is my competition on Chrismass Tree online distribution. It was truly amazing the talk we had. He is so hard working and so creative thinking that i have only positive things to say about him! Actualy we discuss even the prices, the strategy...what worked and what didn't and what were the clients who went from one to another. I took from him Energy Holding :D.
I am sure that this discusion helped me and him to grow for the next year! It's so nice to discover some open-mind people on this market.

Now I am in Ploiesti with my family, feeling like a litle child on vacation. Tomorow i'll see al my friends and colegs :) Nice memories...

(Yesterday i had a car accident and i stayed 5 hours in the police station. Nothing serious, i've just tried to park the car :)) !

I'm double sick

I worked for the last 2 days from 6 in the moring till 02:00 in the night...or let say also morning.

Rool with employes: never pay in advanced because after it they will get sick.

Rools with partners: don't work with partner.

I'm sick

...it's harder and harder for each of us. I became very aggressive with clients and too understanding with the team. I feel sick and I realize now that healthy is more important than anything. But still, I realized it during the day and for one moment I thought just to stop everything. Even if I can't stand on two feet I enjoy each moment.

I've met Alex from Ringie - he's very simpatico and persuasive. I'm glad that Raluca (she met him first) had so good taste.

In a few days i'll do the numbers and the 3 website i worked in the last 3 and half years will be sold. New things and business will be developed! :D Just be ready for me!

I felt realy sick today, maby because of work, or food, or no food...I don't know. Or the creazy weather! Now i am home looking at a mouvie and thinking...that I want a kid, i don't know from where this filling came first because i'm single but this is not a problem, second because i have the whole future infront of me, third because a kid will stop all my personal development because i'll focus on his development. So..thinking at it i don't need a kid around me, but i feel i want one. I will take the decision not to have a child without a second thinking, but...i'm felling ready for this too.

In 3 days all this creazy thing with crismass trees will stop. I should be happy but it was an amazing experience, great team! It was harder than i thought but it was fun and we enjoyed each minute. No screaming, no stress!

Money Chanell

Tomorow, I'll be on Money Chanel talking about e-commerce. I realy have no enthusiasm about it specialy beause it is the last week with chrismass tree and i have a lot of work!

This week we've started to send gifts to all our partners - of course, chrismass tress! I've read the last e-mail i've send today and i repeted in 5 sentences 4 times the same thing. I am quite tired :( . But, unlike last year, this year i don't have chrismass trees, and that is related to the team i have. They are great and we had a lot of fun even if it is so much work to do. I learn from them and they from me. I'm now going to eat and sleep.

- professional: too much work, too much... ;not calm enought


After the creaziness with chrismass trees, i'll start develop the plan for 2007. First ideas:

3. register to an international university for mba...i hope i can find something online
4. win and enjoy the ride to Public Speaking Competition 2007
5. ENJOY LIFE and relax, have fun and celebrate each day
6. Start the training with children

But I am not like this. I have another fundemantal rool: "I loose only when i stop fighting". Stil, i have the weapons but in this situation, as Radu G. said, is much better to go on and forget! I loose too much energy with something that brings nothing. Just go on!

I had a film for ProTV News and all the family participated- sister, ount, unche! It was fun and after that we finaly eat some delicious food Ioana is always preparing. In the picture is my lovely sister and my aunt, Ioana-my adoptive mother:D !

And we had some trees delivery and we finaly reached home at 20:00 o'clock. So..i've worked the whole weekend (again :D). I have to confess that i had fun driving today because i sang the whole day some Christmas carol.

After this day i fund about myself I'm not having fun while i work. I am so focussed on getting to the finish line point that the resoult is more important than the ride. I think this is a lesson also for me.

I worked 12 hours for the TV show. It is a stressfull job to work with 9 people, from who 6 are actors and the youngest is 28 years old. And actors want to be respected but still want to work when they are in the mood. And this can be done after they finishe their personal discussions and jokes. And believe me they knows hundread of jokes.

Of course it is fain, and we laught a lot, but when is time to work I am focused on doing a good job more than fun and of couse, focus on finishing it! And they are focused to tell another joke. It is hard to do a good time management with them.

I have to keep my atitude or try harder and try to be part of the funn team? I like my atitude, even if they can say that i boss people. I do that for sure!

A...bad news, my good friend doesn't speak to me any more. We'll see...i try to contact him but is too agresive and i cannot stand that! I work a lot, he more than others should understand that!

Tomorow i will film for Protv and on tuesday i'l be on Money chanel. I've started to believe it is to much media!

An italian friend

I know him from the airplane - Seoul Paris...13 hours. He is the most talented person I ever known. He has 26 years old, traveld in 60 countires, including Romania and works as Development Manager at an international firm. Outstanding person.

Just relax!

I had a very very interesting and fun day!

1. At stanton chase P** told me that beside him i will have the second teacher - Yanis from E**. One rool: to have fun during this process, not to focuss only on winning (like I did on Seoul)

He told me the feedback from the other presentation: i am too young and the fact that i have sparkles in my eyes when i talk is not in my advantage. Anyway with a lot of work, i will succed to have a great performance in Turkey next year.

4. One of my friends went at mason final party. I was so stresses 3 years ago to be part of masson group but they didn't had any interest. Now, at their party they mentioned my performance in the last year. I am impressed!

I feel that people trust a lot in me and also they expect a lot. I am going to have a looongg sleep, a long and well deserved sleep!

Love is in the air!

My good goood goood friend has a new passion...:)) On it (Softwise)! They look great together.

Ioana developed a advertising agency in 2006 and she works and works and works. I don't know what generation we are, but if all the 23 people will have the same energy as Ioana, we'll be faaaarr away!

I'm very proud of her.

But...afer 3 weeks my lovely Ioana had already an adventure with Razvan - she works at "bursa" and after fallying inlove with him and going together at the mountin, the guy let her alone. His argument was very stupid: you work too much and your career is very important to you! I hate hate hate those superficial and stupid guys.

Happy for Dan, Ioana will keep the relation with him.

More to work

TVR 2, the show gos on for another 12 edition! On weekend we film!

I have a buyer for the e-commerce website. I'm confortable with this step because he knows all the strategy and has a positive attitude about the projects. Without them, i'll focus on the next two major things i want to do:
- training for children
- an europian e-commerce website: at least 3 countiers involved!

I had a very interesting interview at Ziarul Financiar about Seoul experience and the first time i told about Shift International new partnership.

Training at Stanton Chase continues and in 2007 I'll be the winner on Public Speaking. And finaly in 2008 i'll be out of R. on a good position :)

18 hours of work...uff. I'm finished! Double finished. But..i received the excelence price from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Romania, the first price in the Excelence Gala, which has 10 years , receved by a e-commerce firm. That's good! When i will have 5 minutes free or an extra energy i'll write more.
I was at news at TVR, TVR2 and money chanell. Also i am answering now an interviu for Ziarul Financiar and tomorow i have two presentation: one for news at PRO TV and the other one for Realitatea.

My family

I am sad. I see my family only in pictures because I never have time to go and meet with them. My sister(she works with me) brought me some pictures from this weekend she spend with grandma and grandpa and they seem so old...each time i see a picture with them, they become older and older.

I felt so sad! So much work makes me loose such a wanderfull moments that life can provide :(

My first task as Apprentice

The Monday presentation I need to do it in front of 13 people, consultants of human recourses head hunting - as you imagine it will be in English.

They are 80% woman and the medium age is 28 years old( 2 are 45 years old and the others around 25). Their manager is 28 years old.

I need an idea of subject about what I can speak for 5 minutes and make it interesting for them.

The first idea I have, and I need your feedback on it, is to start with a situation: I'm D,N. and since January I’m developing a new firm in partnership with P**(P** is the guy I’m working with, their manager). I've worked on online e-payment since now and now I am going to create a head hunting firm only for online market because we see a huge development.
I wanted first to know your opinion. And actually before that I want to know what it will be your feedback if P** is leaving. We develop it at interaction level, because of the contact I have through the last 3 years of activity, it will be a huge project for European market.


Now...I’m not pleased with my idea. I need something much more mooooreee strong.

The second idea is to create a story about failure. I'll say to them the firm for the future doesn’t want P** to continue as manager. He will go back to Greece and will start the same company there. And then I will ask them what they’ll do. Because is important for P** and the rest to know what it will come. Some of you will look for a new job, but some of you are even interested in moving in Greece?

I one passed through this problem: I developed several e-project and I was forced to renounce because of the partner I had. All the people moved with me at the new company. The ..


I don't know...I'll do today a research over the company and the people are there and hope that something good will come in my head.

One bad, two amazing good

I've just reached home, it's 22:00 o’clock and I didn't eat anything the whole day. I've started with the car problem, and after I fixed it with a very big investment, I had a car accident.

I stopped the car, let the key inside and went to talk to the other one involved in accident. As you can imagine I don'thave a second set of keys. I solved that too, but the car refuses to move.I was sooooo nervous I said I’m sending it to old metal.

Anyway, two impressing things happened to me:I'm speaking with Shift International to bring the business withkids training in Romania and they said yes.

The second one, the greatest speaker Romania has accepted to train me forthe next mount in order to become the 2007 best speaker. We do trainingsonce a week and we do them in English, preparing myself for internationalcompetition. WAWWW. Never happened something so impressing to me.I have on money my first test. I will do a presentation of 5 minutes on opening of a internal meeting (he has the greatest firm on head-hunting). I've become the person that i wanted more: THE NEXT APPRENTICE.

Also, i will renounce at mba. I have discovered something better :D

Always a new change

It's not good to look everytime for a new change, but i cannot stop doing that! It defines me personaly and professionaly, most because of the e-commerce project, where each day we must add something new, and something new. Now i have a new look...a 25 years old look :D

Anyway, important is that one of my project is a real faylure. It doesn't work at all. And i stil feel like it is my "heart" project. It doesn't work maby because I didn't invested enought people or money or time in it. And i am still not investing on, but i need to make a decision realy fast: close it or work harder on it!

I fired one man today because of his bad performance. I need a new one, realyy fast! Also another freelancer with who i was working with decided to stop the partnership. Tomorow i need to work double because of this!

Friends for 5 years

I know him from 5 years, and i still call him each time the car is dying in order to come and get me, i call him when things are going extremly well or when i am sad.
We argue a lot, but still, when one of us has a problem it will receive help from the other one, no matter what. It's nice to have someone like him around. I have to thank him for today ride!

Gecad ePayment Party

Chrismass party of this year started with Gecad ePayment. 75 people from business: from Orange - Oana (i know her for succchhh a long time, she was copywriter at Kinecto and now is doing an amazing job at Orange), Altex(I've meet them for the first time and they observed i have the same name with the manager from the firm that developed the e-shop from them. It was amaising because they thought we were brothers and i was also on the event with my sister. I let them solv the mistery!), web developer and e-shop managers (including manager from e-mag shop. I was impressed to find out that e-mag included online e-payments on their shop on the end of 2005, while we lounched floridelux.ro with the e-payment implemented on november 2004.

I hope they will succed to develop their project outside Romania market. It will be huge!)

St Nicholas Story

St Nicholas Romanian Celebration - each year if you are good, he will bring you sweets and other presents, and always put them in the shoes.

It's an old man and the story is like this: a father had 3 girls and it was verypoor. The girls were ready to get married and he didn't had any money toorganize their weddings. The biggest sister wedding was on 6 December butin their home was only sadness because they didn't had money for dress,food or anything. And Ms Nicholas, in the night before wedding put at thehouse window a lot of money. And the next year the second sister was readyto get married and on 6 December Ms Nicholas let the money at the window.Nobody know who it was. So the father thought that the next year thelittle girl was prepared to get married but now he waited at the windowand saw Ms Nicholas. And so, each night before 5 and 6 we celebrate StNicolas, because he helps people with good souls. Two rools are estentials: the shoes must be cleaned and you must sleep in order to receive the presents :)

Business week

I had an interviw at Antena 1... for national news program "Observator". It was a very nice experience and I am very proud of this experience! I called my grand-parrents to tell them to watch TV and they were very impressed about it.

Also, the team has a new member and it is amaizing how good things are going around. And i have a new look :D more "mature".

As a good news, TVR contract will continue for another 12 editions!

I am not impressed of the fact that i have 2 exams per week at MBA and it start to be harder and harder and i am not impressed of my car, who crashed today and i need to change a weel. I am also not impressed of my friend...or i am too exagerated :(

I didn't had a good day. everything moved so fast around and i failed a mba exam, so i wasn't proud. I had a huge argue with ...almost everybody around.

A message received from a good friend brought me on the road! "You're natural born winner" and amaising was that a trainer from MBA sing to me today the same song in order to make me feel good.

When you feel you're down is good to have friends like this. Anyway, I think is my mistake...

JCI

After JCI conference i've realised that for me e-commerce means only active presence in Bucharest. I'm glad that the campaign i'm working at with JCI people is promoted internationaly on www.jci.cc, but ...it's not enougt.

December it will be the last mounth i'm working in the same sistem. We'll go internationaly from january, otherwhise...i totaly renounce on e-commerce market for training development, or anything else that will ad value on the market and to the people (starting with me).

I have to accept that Seul experience was amaizing for me. It change me personal and professional. You have here some greate pictures with my firends, starting with Filipe Carrera from Portgual, Martin from New Zeland and Osama from Jordan.

I've got tickets to Italy, a car accident after whici i lost the car numbers, i gave salary, employed a part-time new man - Cosmin. Enough for 1 day!

It started!

This week I was working 16 hours...each day!

The Chrismass tree selling are amaizing. We'll have till the end of this week around 100 trees sold and delivered. From ProTV and Media Pro, till Raiffeisen Bank and Sala Dalles. Everywhere in Bucharest and arround we have a Chrismass tree delivered!

But, even if i need to work double like a normal man, it is GREATE. amazing!I just came home and i am happy, with a big smile on my face and capableto start it over in a few hours.I know it sounds crazy...but :D i realy like what i do.

In 2005 i did the wrong deal with engross chrismass tree delivery in whole Romania. I sign different contracts, verified and extraverified, and i still had a huge problem with a firm from Ploiesti. They received the trees and after that run out of the country. It was a mass-fraud at 29 firms, and mine was one of them.

I survived with 1milard800 on minus. But, what surprise me more is that, this year they called again! The same sistem, the same men...i suppose! Yes, and police is doing nothing!

If you're a succesfull firm, financial guard come, if you are suffereing a fraud, for the invoice you have to pay 19% to the goverment, and the rest is your problem!

I realy hate this sistem!

Another problem i have on this online market is the fact that everybody started to copy and copy and copy! I am asking if they don't have any idea at all!!!! I didn't invented the free delivery sistem, but i invented the free "sending away" sistem (when the holidays are over we come for free and take your chrismass tree). Creative Inteligence

Creative Inteligence - part of a training i'm working at:

There are 4 styles of Creative Intelligence:
1. Intuitive - focus on results ans relies on past experience to quide actions
2. Inovative - concentrates on problem-solving, is systematic, and relies on data
3. Imaginative - is able to visualise opportunities, is artistic, enjoy writing and think "out of the box"
4. Inspirational - focus on social change and the giving of self toword that end.

I'm fan of Jack Welch - past CEO General Electric- and he is a great example for intuitive style. He focus on actions and results.
Marie Curie(discovered radium and polonium) is inovative. Imaginative is Winston Churchill - a great leader, a unique intelect, that inspired a whole nation. And the big Marthin Luther King for inspirational one- he believed in nonviolent protest, he was charismatic and a visionary person.

Each person has a style that defines his way not only to create but also to see the world and answer in a specific situation (You will agree with me when i say that each of us come with a different impresion after we read a book or see a movie, or listen a melody)

I'm imaginative- willing to take riks, has leaps of imagination, an independent thinker.
(The innovative one use original approaches, is willing to experiment and relies on sustematic inquiry
The intuivite - achieve goals, uses common sense and solves problems
The inspirational respond to societal needs, willingly gives on self and has courage of convictions)

What define in a few words a creative person? The desire to accomplish the imposible.

Why is important?
Because indviduals and not organizations re generaly responsible for the innovations that bring changes! As a manager you should never stop to come with innovative ideas! And hire also creative treams to carry them out.

For all of you who want to do a test about their creativity, just send your e-mail and you'll receive it on the same day.
It will help you understand your style and the others. You'll see that over a period of time, even the most creative person will love his motivation if yhe manager is not interested in them.

I discovered during this tests a short description of Bill Gross - Compaq- and i was impressed. He speaks fast and bubbles, he has a personal charisma that enticed people to buy into his vision (and he is a imaginative person, as I am).

I was invited to a IT tv show on B1TV. I talked about www.floridelux.ro and about www.brazidecraciun.ro - two of my projects. Actually I was on the first whodeveloped an e-commerce site on Romanian market and they always askdifferent questions to see how market evolves, what are the problems, whatadvice I can give to new people who want to develop their own business.I had questions like: how many orders are per day, comparing with the firstyear (I have 3 years on the e-commerce market and I've started with anadvertising agency...long time ago). Or: how much orders are from Romaniaand how much from outside Romania.I have to say I didn't miss the opportunity to say I've been to Seul :P

That's me...I've been to Seoul on the last 3 finalist from 60 contries and now in Romania.

Yap! Tha's good. I'm proud of me, even if...i have to accept that second place never counts!

Radu Limpede, Romanian JCI President just announced me that on 8 december I'll receive the price for the most creative entrepreneur of the year (the same that Radu Ionescu from Kinecto received last year) and I'll have the honor to meet Traian Basescu. I am realy surprised!

Training for high-school children

now I’m preparing a training for high-school children. This will be agood opportunity for me to enter on the market, because with adults I willhave some real problems: one because of the age and second, because thereare few trainers woman in Romania. But, if I will be well prepared andthey will see I’ve stared as an entrepreneur and really have experiencewith good and bad… Anyway, we’ll see!

MBA- top piority

Yap, I's not the best study I had, but it is MBA and each time someone hears I am at MBA program, the always say "waw, You're smart!" So I have to finish it....uff, another 12 mounts!

I'm preparing for the account exam for tomorow and in another day i'll have economy. Normaly it shouldn't been so hard, but i never worked in these fields.

I was amused by a colleged who said that the MBA program destroy arround 80% of the creativty it exist in an entrepreneur. And I susstain this! Everything is so foccused to do the things that "your manager" asks that you see yourself like an employee. Another thing I've notice to other people also (managers at their own firm) is that they've started to bring money from home in order to sustain the firm activity.

I didn't do a good job today at exam. I'm mad about this...but it is my mistake mostly because I thought I can learn accounting in one night. I'm sad:( or mad...on me, not on accounting.
I usually don’t like to do those kind of mistakes, mostly because I have a motto which say :"you loose only when you quit" and from last night I thought that because of the short time I have no chance...and when you think you have no chance, things go not too well.

Online ghifts for children without family

I'm developing a campaign on Christmas Tree and people can order onlinedeliveries of tree or other presents(toys, flower arrangements ) for Children without families, Churches, Hospitals. It's quite an interestingproject. It's the first online campaign of this type in Romania (in thesummer I had a similar campaign and people could order online to planttrees in Bucharest :)) "Save your town" was the name of the campaign)

About bad-luck

I never thoutght it can happen to me...but in only 3 days:
- all my lugages went on the airport stairs...nothing was broken
- my appartment door refused to open
- my car broken in the midle of the road
- my driver remaind without any driving-licence (I have a new one right now)
- I could not register the car to the police

I am realy in-loved

You must know that...I am inloved with that man that I cannot have a relationship (he's not married or something like this..just, that...it can't.). But I love him and I'm happy about it!

I'll keep it secreat! We spoke a lot and I'm writing thise here only to say that i realy can renounce on everything for him. And in my past were more "him" for who I decided to renounce- at my place, job, etc... and some who would loved that but i've said no.

I'll do a crazy thing but because i like to risk :D it's quite a pleaseure to do it!

I know Marian Arpasan...waw, from 7 years. He is the longest friend I have - Marian Arpasanu. And very proud I can say that for some weeks hi's legal leaving in Bucharest, with the ID also :))

I like him a lot and I realy hope that one day he'll be the happiest man!

National Television Show

It is my first experience with the national television, and it’s absolutely great!

I'm producer to a tv show named “IT Project” . It is a story of day to day activities in a firm. The boss is always asking more from his employees, the secretary is always trying to look beautiful and the IT specialist solves everyone’s problems.

There are 5 comedy actors and they do an amazing job. Each Saturday for 20 minutes people can learn about newsletters, blogs, online e-payments and IT problem-solving.

Actualy, the funy thing is that we present only IT solutions and none of the actors knows anything about that. And we allways must be very attentinve at their spelling, but is quite funny. Hard working, but funny.

Seul Food

Waw! It was a real amazing experience to discover green soup, green sweets and green chocolate! I couldn't eat none of them. After 8 days i was off with 3 kilogram !

The picture you can see it was taken in a restaurantfrom Seul. As a fact people eat that! (And dog's also if you ask me)

I couldn't find any restaurants in which actualy someone to speack english and i ordered by picture. Rice and fish...waw! Next time i'll be there i will have some food from Romania with me.

Games for trainers

It can happen for you to go at the seminar and then...people are sleeping. The only thing that you can do is to motivate them for some games. We call them "icebreaker"

The idea that we developed were the following:
1. Ask them to get up and to present themselves. After that make some exercises with them: clap hands, stay in one foot, etc
2.Ask them to discuss and prepare a speech in the topic "my favorite"(food, hairstyle..etc)
3. Make a round circle in the back of the room and each member will stay in there and they will do massage one to the other while moving in the circle.
4. Make each of them take a peace of paper and put it in their back. Each colleague will go around and will write on the others back his feelings related to him (only positive ones)

The second strategy is to start "group discussion" - there is no other way to obtain the views of all members. For that, the best solutions are:

- divide the participants into groups of no more than ten

- give them a few minutes to debate

- call at the end ach group spokesman in order to report the results

Also, the third solution is "brainstorming". It is useful on large or small meetings, to stimulate creativity on the participants.

I’ve just finished my first “JCI Training for Trainers” and I am impressed.
The classes were amazing, but more than that the team that I’ve found there impressed me! Only “strong” men and “big” minds!

In the MBA Program I'm doing in Romania, we have a similar system for trainings, but working with smart people make a big difference!


My final exam was about Effective Public Speaking and my part was about the delivery of speeck. But till then we've discussed about the structure and the types of speech.
The course was design for JCI trainers in order to help then to become better public speakers and to develop a holist approach to speech delivery.

I've started my speeck with a question: from the point of view of a public speaker have you establish a personal goal? Because if you didn't now is the moment to think at you as the best in the field.

Inspire and passion are the two forces that will guide you! And the code I'm going to present now.

1. First impression is the most important. People see you before you speak
Be confident, be the mentor that they expect for you to be
Your attitude is importand, and that's why you must act like a WINNER.

Forget about emotions, if any and consider yourself lucky because you are in front of them.

2. Be prepared. The first and the end line are the most significant.
At the beginning you need a strong line in order for you to grab their attention. But after that you have to demonstrate that you deserve it and ring some STRONG information: new and valuable for your audience.

3. Visual:
- make eye contact (that will always create relationship with them)
- don't move around if that means to stay with the back at them
- don't read the notes, but have them around just in case you are out of ideas
- be very attentive at body movement

4. Verbal:
- use short lines
- use personal pronoun
Talk to them. Put questions and make sure they're attentive at you

If any mistake happens just apologize and go on without insisting too much on it!

5. Vocal
Here you have to be very attentive at tone, speed, pauses, accent and articulation.
Express joy and surprise in order to vary your tone.

Try to give the best from you and don't forget that your mission is to add quality to their life!
